Notes
The use of our websites (copyright holder and owner: Robugen GmbH & Co. KG) is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected on our pages (for example name, address, date of birth, or email address), this is done solely for the purpose of processing contact requests or inquiries. This data will not be shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising purposes. Exceptions apply to partner companies of Robugen GmbH & Co. KG if they are directly involved in processing an inquiry or fulfilling an order.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet may have security vulnerabilities. Use of our online services is therefore at your own risk, as Robugen GmbH & Co. KG cannot accept liability for this. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information (e.g., spam emails), insofar as misuse via our online services can be demonstrated.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the inquiry form, including the contact details entered there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on without your consent.
The data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed. Further information can be found in the section “Right to Information and Withdrawal.”
Right to Information and Withdrawal
In accordance with § 13 para. 7 TMG in conjunction with § 34 BDSG, you have the unrestricted right to receive free information about your stored personal data. In accordance with § 35 BDSG, you also have the right to request deletion or blocking of unlawfully stored data as well as correction of incorrect data (unless legal retention obligations apply; see above under data storage).
You may request information about the data stored by Robugen GmbH & Co. KG at any time and free of charge, without giving reasons. You may also withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your data at any time without giving reasons.
Please contact our office for this purpose:

Duration of Personal Data Storage
The criterion for the duration of storage of personal data is the applicable statutory retention period. After expiration of this period, the relevant data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation.
We inform you that the provision of personal data may in some cases be required by law (e.g., tax regulations) or may arise from contractual obligations (e.g., information regarding contractual partners). In some cases, it may therefore be necessary for a contract conclusion that personal data is provided to us.
Cookies
Some parts of this website use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted after your visit ends. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can configure your browser so that you are informed about the use of cookies and can allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude cookies for specific situations or in general, and enable automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
SSL Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us as the website operator, this website uses SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser address changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps to display maps and create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of automatically collected data and data entered by you by Google, one of its representatives, or third-party providers.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” text files stored on your computer that enable analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide additional services related to website and internet usage to the website operator.
The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You may prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly. However, please note that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of this website.

Google AdWords
This website uses the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and, within this framework, conversion tracking. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google.
These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers.
The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.
Users who do not wish to participate in tracking can easily deactivate the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via their browser settings. These users will not be included in conversion tracking statistics.

Google Web Fonts
This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to correctly display texts and fonts.
For this purpose, the browser you use must establish a connection to Google’s servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address.
The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and appealing presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used instead.
